Harper of Many, were held Sunday, August 26, at 3 p.m., at Warren Meadows Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Mike Fort officiating. Burial was in Pine Knott Cemetery. Services were under the direction of Warren Meadows funeral Home. Mr. Harper died at Alexandria, Friday, August 24, 1984, at 7:44 a.m., after an extended illness. He was 68 years old. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Cassie Crittenden Harper of Many; one son, James Hendrickson of Belmont; four daughters, Mrs. Helen Speight, Mrs. Sue Speight, Mrs. Sharon Anderson, all of Negreet, Mrs. Mabel Dowden of Shreveport; one brother, James Todd of Oklahoma; one sister, Pauline Henderson of Burnett, Texas; 19 grandchildren, and 20 great grandchildren. Pallbearers were Bruce and Bryan Hendrickson, Clint Anderson, Randy Dowden, Eddie and David Speight.
