Bessie S. Harrison

  Bessie Stenett Harrison, 81, of Pelican, died Saturday, April
22, in a Converse hospital.

  Services were held at 10 a.m., Monday, in the Drewett Memorial
Chapel. Burial was in the Oak Grove Cemetery, near Converse,
under the direction of the Drewett Funeral Home.

  Survivors are her husband, John L. Harrison of Pleasant Hill;
four daughters, Lucille Parker, and Hazel Brown, both of Benson,
Mrs. H. M. Burton of Pelican, and Mrs. F. F. Wedgeworth of
Shreveport; 17 grandchildren; and 17 great grandchildren.
