The Sabine Index - Edna Marie Howard

  11 Dec 1936 - The last rites for Miss Edna Marie Mowad, age 14
years, six months, 27 days, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. T. Mowad of
this city, who died at the Baptist hospital, Alexandria, last
Saturday at 6:30 a.m., after a brief illness, were held Sunday
at St. John's Catholic Church at 2:30 p.m. with Rev. Father
Fhahrigian of Sulphur officiating, and Rev. Father Benoit
assisting.

  Pallbearers were Ellis Stoma, Abe Mahfouz, LaHood, George,
Stoma, Isaac Michael and Mr. Antoon.

  Miss Mowad is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. T. Mowad,
four brothers, Joseph, Johnie, Nolan and Fred; also two sisters,
Blanche and Rose.  The maternal grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. A.
Ceasar of Alexandria and the paternal grandmother Mrs. Catherine
Mowad, and a host of other relatives and friends mourn her demise.
