Chester Lewis Howard

  Mr. Chester Lewis Howard, 84, died in Natchitoches, La., on May
20, 1986, at 1:06 a.m.

  Services were held at Union Baptist Church in Belmont, on May
21, 1986, at 2 p.m., with Rev. J. P. King, and Rev. Johnny Garret
officiating. Burial was in Belmont Cemetery, under the direction
of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  He is survived by one son, William F. Howard of Belmont; one
brother, Frank Howard of Quitman, La.; and a host of nieces and
nephews.

  Pallbearers included Edward Campbell, Troy Campbell, Glyn
Howard, Orell Graham, James Campbell, and Mark Campbell.
