Bill Howard

  Bill Howard, 71, of Many, died Sunday, Aug. 6, after a lengthy
illness.

  Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, Aug. 8, in the Warren
Meadows Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Bill White, the Rev.
Leamon Manasco, and the Rev. Owens officiating. Interment was in
the Fisher Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows
Funeral Home.

  Survivors include a son, Wilburn Howard of Pasadena, Tex.; two
daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Touchtone, and Mrs. Iva Forbis, both of
Memphis, Tenn.; a sister, Mrs. Eulale Salter of Florien; 11
grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.

  Pallbearers were Frank Johnson, Dolphy Ebarb, Frank Eason,
Bailey Stringer, Harold Cook, and Billy White.
