John Ernest Howard

  Last rites for John Ernest Howard, age 46, who passed away Aug.
6, were conducted at Warren Funeral Home Chapel at 4 p.m., August
8, with Rev. Lonnie Johnson, and Rev. Lemon Manasco officiating.
Interment was in Fisher Cemetery, under the direction of Warren
Funeral Home.

  Pallbearers were Fred, and Ronnie Forbis, Horace Horton, Wyatt
Speight, Jimmy Land, and Jimmy Howard.

  Survivors are his wife, Mrs. J. E. Howard of Houston; daughters,
Mrs. Mary Ruth Branan, and Jo Ann Howard, both of Houston;
parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Howard of Many; brother, Ray Howard
of Pasadena, Texas; sisters, Mrs. Fred Forbis of Birmingham,
Ala., Mrs. Evelyn Touchston of Memphis, Tenn.; two grandchildren.
