Born at Bernice, La., November 16, 1870, the deceased leaves a widow, Mrs. Nora Williamson Hardison, and two sisters, Mrs. Bennetts, of Bernice, La., (sic) One brothers and two sisters preceded him in death. A large portion of Mr. Hardisons life was spent as a teacher in the public schools. He held positions in the schools at Ebarb and Zwolle in Sabine parish, at which latter places he resided at the time of his death.
