Huey P Horton.......Services for Mr. Huey P Horton, 67, will be held at
10 am, Thursday, November 5, 1998 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, Mansfield
Chapel.  Officiating will be Dr. William Crosby.  Burial will be in
Noble Cemetery, Noble, La.

Mr. Horton, a retired truck driver, died Monday, November 2, 1998 in
Texarkana, Tx.  He was born in Zwolle, La. and was a former resident of
Shreveport, La. and resided in Texarkana, Tx.

He is survived by three sons, Huey R. Horton of Frierson, La., Prentice
Horton of Wesson, Ms., Alvin Horton Of Benton, La., three daughters,
Bennie Gibson of Shreveport, La., Sherry Algiere of Texarkana, Tx., and
Delfina Gribble of Stanley, La., ten grandchildren and the mother of his
children, Ocie Horton.

Pallbearers will be Shane Clark, Tony Pimental, Tom Gribble, George
Algiere, Frank Gibson and Ray Horton.
