Sam H. Horton

  Samuel H. Horton, 76, died Friday, in the Many Hospital,
following a long illness.

  Funeral services were held Monday, Dec. 27, at 2 p.m., in the
Warren Meadows Chapel, with the Rev. Howard Arnold officiating.
Burial was in the McComic Cemetery, with masonic graveside rites.

  Survivors include his widow; a son, James Horton of Stonewall; a
daughter, Mrs. Beatrice Tripp of Bryson, Tex.; a brother, Lewis
Horton of Fisher; eight grandchioldren, and one great-grandchild.
