Mrs. Hardin was born in Many but had lived in Reeves for the past 30 years. Services were held on Saturday, July 21 at 2 p.m. in Reeves and burial was in the Reeves Cemetery. Survivors include her four sons, Berry L. Hardin, of Reeves, Archie C. Hardin of Cleveland, Tex. and Thomas R. Hardin and James C. Hardin of Groves, Texas; six daughters, Iva Caldwell of Many, Thelma Harvey, Vida, Evie Jackson and Verline Long of Groves, Texas and Ida Faye Miller and Marie Dunnehoo of Reeves; two brothers, Pete Jackson, Mansfield, and Tom Jackson, Weatherford, Texas and two sisters, Evie Haynes, of Shreveport and Gladys McCollister of Many; 33 grandchildren; 39 great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were her grandsons Ronnie Hardin, Bennie Long, Billy Dunnehoo, Curtis Hardin, Jerry Long and Bennie Moran.
