George Wilbern Hardin

  Mr. George Wilbern Hardin of Burkeville, Texas, died at Newton
County Hospital in Newton, Texas, May 15, 1984. He was 67 years
old.

  Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Mabel Hardin of Burkeville; two
daughters, Elizabeth Ann Hardin King of Montgomery, Texas, and
Georgia Mae Hardin of Burkeville; three brothers, William Leeman
Hardin, and Ottis Hardin, both of St. Cloud, Fla., and Harold C.
Hardin of Houston, Texas; six sisters, Reba Parrott of Zwolle,
Thelma Miller of Many, Marie Whitton of Florien, Essie Flo Howard
of Leesville, Shirley Jean Steward of Florien, and Margie Brogdon
of Lake Charles; and one grand daughter, Lena M. King of
Montgomery, Texas.

  Services were held at Warren Meadows Funeral Home Chapel, May
18. Interment was in Toro Cemetery. Bro. Mack Brister officiated.
Services were under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
