Hardin, 41, of Shreveport, were held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, August 6, at the Wellman Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Rodney Duron, pastor of First Assembly of God of Shreveport, where Mr. Hardin was a member, officiated. Burial was at Forest Park West Cemetery. Mr. Hardin, a glass glazier of PPG Industries, died Friday, August 2, 1985. He was born in Many, La., and had been a resident of Shreveport since 1949. He is survived by his wife, Helen B. Hardin, and his mother, Vivian Hardin of Shreveport; two sons, Tandy Hardin of Mansfield, La., and Stephen Hardin of Bossier City, La.; one daughter, Shannon Hardin of Waskom, Texas; three step sons, Johnny Anderson of San Antonio, Texas, Robbie Anderson, and Randy Anderson of Shreveport; one step daughter, Julie Friday of Shreveport; one brother, Curtis Hardin of Shreveport; two sisters, Laverne Goodman, and Faye Atchley of Shreveport; and a number of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Jimmy Thomas, Larry Thomas, Gerald Austin, W. R. Johnson, Wayne Poche, Benny Carnline. Honorary pallbearers were glass glaziers of PPG Industries.
