Thomas (Tommy) Horton, Jr.

  Services for Thomas (Tommy) Horton Jr., were held Thursday,
Sept. 16, at 2 p.m., in the Hornbeck United Pentecostal Church,
with the Revs. Doyle Carpenter, and Steve Lora officiating.
Burial was in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Hornbeck, under the
direction of Beauregard-Vernon Funeral Home of Leesville.

  Mr. Horton, 36, of Hornbeck, died at his residence on Sept. 15.

  Mr. Horton was a native of Fort Worth, Tex., worked for the
logging industry, and attended Hornbeck United Pentecostal
Church.

  He is survived by his wife, Rhonda Horton of Hornbeck; one
brother, John Horton of Vidor, Tex.; two sisters, Stephanie
Lewing of Anacoco, and Melissa Horton of Hornbeck; and his
parents, Thomas Horton of Vidor, Tex., and Verna Ford of
Hornbeck.
