The Rev. Bill Pickard of Missionary Baptist Church of Bossier City, officiated. Graveside services were at 2 p.m., at Springridge Cemetery in Pleasant Hill. She died at 3 a.m., Wednesday, April 29, at Willis-Knighton Medical Center. Mrs. Harlan, born in Pleasant Hill, was a housewife, and a Baptist. Survivors include her husband, Reginald J. Harlan, Shreveport; mother, Mrs. Viola King; daughter, Linda Wilson, both of Bossier City; four sisters, Mrs. Lucile Hughes, Shreveport, Mrs. Helen Thornhill, Mrs. Bennie Batton, both of Bossier City, Mrs. Betty Singletary, Marthaville; brother, Sonny King, Elk City, Okla.; and two grandchildren.
