Horn Richard William Horn, 65, of Robeline, died Thursday, Sept. 27, in Natchitoches Parish Hospital, after a long illness. The funeral was held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 29, in Rocky Mount Congregational Methodist Church in Robeline, with the Rev. Foster Jennings officiating. Burial followed in Rocky Mount Cemetery, under direction of Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home of Natchitoches. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Pearlie Horn of Robeline; three sons, John W. Horn of Bossier City, Luther Earl Horn of Rayville, and L. C. Horn of Simsboro; two daughters, Inez Youngblood Owens of Natchitoches, and Iris Scoly of Peoria, Ill.; two sisters, Alma Broadway, and Maude Berry, both of Natchitoches; five half sisters, Christine Crittenden of Florien, Nadine Odom of Livingston, Blanche Rule of Pennsylvania, Loinell Cheatwood of Negreet, and Myrtle Garsee of Frierson; four half brothers L. V. Horn of Robeline, Truly Horn of Hagewood, Henry Horn of Florien, and Willie Dee Horn of Bossier City; 11 grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
