Pearlie L. Horn

  Pearlie L. Horn, 63, died Sunday, Dec. 16, in a Shreveport
hospital, following a lengthy illness.

  Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Dec. 18, in the
Rocky Mount Methodist Church, with the Rev. Joe Mitchell Jr.
officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery, under the
direction of Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home of Natchitoches.

  Survivors include three sons, John W. Horn of Bossier City,
Luther E. Horn of Rayville, and L. C. Horn of Simsboro; two
daughters, Inez Y. Owens of Natchitoches, and Mrs. Ira Scohy of
Peoria, Ill.; his father, Frank Sims of Robeline; three sisters,
Mrs. Buster Broadway of Robeline, Mrs. Johnny McCauslin of
Provencal, and Mrs. Lester Simmons of Natchitoches; four
brothers, Leroy Sims of Oak Grove, J. D. Sims of Natchitoches,
and John Sims, and William Sims, both of Holland, Mich.; 11
grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
