Mrs. Ellen "Doris" Horn

  Mrs. Ellen "Doris" Horn, 67, of Anacoco, died Tuesday, March 13,
2001, in Anacoco.

  Mrs. Horn was a native of Many. She began her career in Civil
Service in Europe, and retired as Director of Engineering, after
30 years of service. She was a member of Esther Chapter #26,
Order of the Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by her
brothers, Herman Hollis, and Ray Griffith.

  Funeral services were held Friday, March 16, at 2 p.m., at the
Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Leesville. Chaplains Gerald
Smith, and Jerry Moates officiated. Burial followed at Holly
Grove Cemetery in Anacoco, under the direction of Labby Memorial
Funeral Home in Leesville.

  Survivors include her husband, Dan Horn of Anacoco; one son,
William Randall "Randy" Richardson of Kirbyville, Texas; one
daughter, Dana Horn Trujillo of Anacoco; and two grandchildren.
