Horn Joseph Jefferson Horn, 59, of Bossier City, died in Barksdale Base Hospital, Sunday, May 8. A retired Master Sergeant in the Army, Horn had resided in Bossier City four years. He was a member of the Baptist Church, and the Masonic Lodge in Lawton, Okla. He was a veteran Army man, serving from 1928 until 1958, and was born in Belmont. Funeral services were held in the Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel, with B. S. Williams, a Barksdale chaplain, officiating. Burial was in Greenwood Cemetery, with Masonic graveside rites. Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Glessie Horn; his mother, Mrs. Ollie Horn of Belmont; two sons, David Alton Horn, and Ricky Joseph Horn, both of Bossier City; and one sister, Mrs. Lola Austin of Belmont.
