Ernest Ivey

  Ernest Ivey, 71, of Shreveport, died Monday, March 10, at 6:15
p.m., after an extended illness.

  Survivors include his widow, Mary Ivey of Shreveport; one son,
Richard Ivey of Uncertain, Tex.; two daughters, Miss Alice Ivey
of Richmond, Virginia, and Mrs. Sallie Ivey Ford of Wichita
Falls, Tex.; one sister, Mrs. Mary Vroman of Los Angeles, Calif.;
and one granddaughter.

  Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 12, at Ft. Jesup
Chapel, at 11 a.m., with Rev. Bob Galatas officiating. Burial
followed in the Ft. Jesup Cemetery.

  Pallbearers were Oscar Beuto, James William, Robert Harris, and
Charlie Zube.
