The Sabine Index - Mattie Viola Isgitt

  27 Sep 1957 - Funeral services for Mrs. Mattie Viola Isgitt,
age 76, who passed away at Marthaville, Friday, Sept. 20 was
conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 21 at Friendship church with
Rev. J. D. Scott officiating. Interment was in Fort Jesup
cemetery under the direction of Warren Funeral home.

  Survivors are sons, Fisher Isgitt of Natchitoches, Earnest
Isgitt of Leesville; daughters, Mrs. Vildon Presson of
Shreveport, Mrs. Silas Clark of Robeline, Mrs. Bruce Clark and
Miss Doris Clark of Robeline, Mrs. Pete Brewster of Pelican;
sister, Mrs. John Flemman of Marthaville; 22 grandchildren and
five great grandchildren.

  Pallbearers were Austin Presson, Bobby Dale Presson, Benny Van
Clark, Billie Gene Clar, Barthell Gillispi and Emerald Sandel.
