Pete Isgitt

  Pete Isgitt, 93, of Florien, died early this week, following an
extended illness.

  He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Ella R. Isgitt; a daughter,
Mrs. Monroe ?ner of Florien; sisters, Mrs. Gertrude Rains of
Ball, Mrs. Rosie Nash of Natchitoches; one half-sister, Mrs. Eura
Marshall of Leesville; 8 grandchildren, and 14 great
grandchildren. Funeral services were held at the Mt. Carmel
Baptist Church on Wednesday, Sept. 4, at 11 a.m., with the Rev.
Virgie ?lor officiating.

  Burial was in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Istitt's grandsons served
as pallbearers.
