Carmel died Friday, Feb. 7, at her home, following a sudden illness. Funeral services were conducted Feb. 8, at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, with the Rev. J. C. Edwards, and the Rev. Earl Marr officiating. Burial was in Mt. Carmel Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many. Survivors include her husband, Anthony Isgitt of Mt. Carmel; three sons, Huey Isgitt, and Reggie Isgitt of Dallas, Tex., and Eddie Isgitt of Robeline; one daughter, Mrs. Earl Mothershed of Dallas; three brothers, Eli Kay, Jodie Kay, and Johnnie Kay, all of Provencal; and four grandchildren. Pallbearers were Chester Montgomery, Lee Eddie Self, ?erl Law, Sonny Beason, Lester Kay, and E. E. Colston.
