Mrs. Eldred Marie Irby

  At the age of 70, Mrs. Eldred Marie Irby died on Dec. 25, 1993,
at Schumpert Medical Center in Shreveport.

  Surviving are four daughters, Margie Mae Rambin of Rambin, La.,
Billye Jean Terrell of Pleasant Hill, La., Eldred Louise Gates of
Ft. Jesup, and Judy Lorraine Cross of Campti; three sisters, Ola
Mae Cobb of Pleasant Hill, Margaret Cox of Marthaville, and Ruby
Campbell of Marthaville; one brother, Marvin Dyess of Shreveport;
15 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces
and nephews.

  Rev. Denvel McCullough, and Rev. Arthur Haymon officiated at
services held at Spring Ridge Baptist Church, at 2 p.m. Burial
followed at Spring Ridge Cemetery.

  Pallbearers were Danny Veuleman, Lane Terrell, Bill Veuleman,
Tommy Hayes, Chris Gates, and Chris Spear. Honorary pallbearers
were grandsons.
