Mrs. Minnie Irwin

  Funeral services for Mrs. Minnie Irwin, 74, of San Augustine,
were held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 19, in the Wyman Roberts
Funeral Chapel. Burial was in the Rocky Mount Cemetery.

  Mrs. Irwin died Thursday, in a Houston hospital. She was a
native of Fisher, La., and a longtime resident of San Augustine.

  Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Benedict of
Houston; two sisters, Mrs. Charley Holloway of Etoile, and Mrs.
Willie Owens of Hornbeck, La.; three grandchildren, and nine
great-grandchildren.
