Funeral services were held Sunday, Feb. 1, at 3 p.m., at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Officiating was Bro. Johnnie Rhodes. Burial was in the Jerusalem Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Survivors include his widow, Anna Jackson, Florien; 2 sisters, Trudie McCollister of Florien, and Cecil Moscone, Calif.; 2 step-sisters, Leanor Powell of Many, and Beadie Stoker of Alexandria, and a host of nieces and nephews. Music was presented by Bro. and Mrs. McCullough, Willard Sibley, Bill Leslie, and Louise Gandy. Pallbearers were Frankie McCollister, Willie Dewil, Joe Dewil, David Withers, Tommy Dailey, and Eddie Walls.
