Carmen B. Jackson

  Mrs. Carmen Bridges Jackson, 54, of Pleasant Hill, died Friday,
Sept. 24, at 7:51 p.m., as the result of an automobile accident.

  Funeral services were held at the Pleasant Hill First Baptist
Church, Sunday, Sept. 26, at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Vernon
Stephenson officiating. Burial was in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery,
under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Surviving relatives are her husband, F. S. (Bob) Jackson of
Pleasant Hill; father, H. H. Bridges of Pleasant Hill; one
sister, Mrs. Nell Galles, Panola, Tex.; six brothers, Jack U.
Bridges of Bossier City, U. S. Bridges of Mobile Ala., C. L.
Bridges of Bethany, J. E. Bridges, Robeline, Dale Bridges,
Panola, Tex., and Kenneth Bridges of Winnsboro; and a number of
nieces and nephews.
