Audrey Jackson

  Funeral services for Audrey Jackson, 75, of Shreveport, were
held at 2:30 p.m., Monday, March 24, in the Marshall Street
Chapel of Rose-Neath Funeral Home. The Rev. Melvin D. Morace of
Wichita, Kan., officiated, and burial was in Centuries Memorial
Park Cemetery.

  Mrs. Jackson died Saturday, March 22, in Physicians and Surgeons
Hospital, after a brief illness. The Many native had lived in
Shreveport most of her life.

  Survivors include her husband, J. P. Jackson; two sons, John R.
Goins of Shreveport, and Jerry Goins of Houston, Texas; two
sisters, Edna Anderson, and Della Hanson, both of Shreveport; two
brothers, E. C. Mitchell, and Willard Mitchell, both of Many; and
five grandchildren.

  Pallbearers were Kelly Clancy, Marvin D. Thompson, Joseph C.
Smith Jr., D. H. Carroll, J. D. Causey, and Gorman N. Dowden.
