Mr. Jackson, age 49, born and reared near Many, was the victim of a collapsed liver. His prophecy was fulfilled on June 4, 1958. His soul went out to meet the Lord at 12:28 a.m. Throughout his treatment, his wife, Eva Hardin Jackson, was comforted by the nurse who said there was no pain felt in this ailment. His son, Don Milton, 13; and his daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Billy Ray Morris of California, faithfully stayed at his bedside from the beginning of his treatment in Houston. His aged father, S. D. Jackson, 86, of Many, was present at his bedside and his funeral. His mother was unable to see him or be at the funeral because of sickness. His brothers, David C. Jackson, Port Arthur, and Andrew M. Jackson, Many, visited him at his bedside. His sister, Mrs. C. M. Holland Jr., Orange, Tex., and his younger brother, Newt Jackson, Many, were unable to visit him in Houston, but attended the funeral in Groves, Tex., at the Memorial Park, June 6. His survivors include a great host of friends and relatives of Many, and Houston, and Port Arthur, Tex.
