Walker Ledford, and Rev. Stephen Carter officiating. Burial was in Zwolle Cemetery. Services were under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Mrs. Jeter died Sunday, Oct. 7, 1984, at 12:15 a.m., at Shreveport, La., after a short illness. She was 78 years old. Survivors include her husband, Mr. William F. Jeter Sr. of Zwolle; one son, William F. Jeter Jr. of Zwolle; three daughters, Mrs. Mildred Barron of Shreveport, Mrs. Shirley Lopez of Zwolle, and Mrs. Linda Guay of Many; one sister, Mrs. Daisy Palmer of Texarkana, Ark.; eight grandchildren; and sixteen great grandchildren. Pallbearers were Homer Martinez, Cecil Tooke, Raymond Ebarb, George Laroux, Vernon Mitchell, and S. L. Campbell.
