William Jones

  William J. Jones, 85, died in Converse, Tuesday, April 17.

  Funeral services were held Wednesday, April 18, at 11 a.m., in
the Fellowshop Baptist Church, with the Rev. Don Brown
officiating. Burial was in the Oak Grove Cemetery, under the
direction of Drewett Funeral Home.

  Survivors include three sons, W. E. Jones of Converse, F. B.
Jones of Baton Rouge, Fred Jones of Rigland, Tex., three
daughters, Mrs. E. W. Burkett of Converse, Mrs. A. O. Grice of
Ringgold, Mrs. Ivan Mynes of Gloster; one sister, Mrs. A.
Johnston of Ringgold; 14 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren.
