The Sabine Index - Verdie Jones

  23 Nov 1967 - Mrs. Verdie Marie Jones, 63, of Florien died
Nov. 14 in a local nursing home after an extended illness.

  Funeral services were conducted Nov. 16 at Antioch Baptist
Church with the Rev. Frank Chance and the Rev. J. D. Favor
officiating. Burial was in Antioch Cemetery under the direction
of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many.

  Survivors include four brothers, Rollie, Closter, Travis,
and Lester Miller, all of Florien and one sister, Mrs. Bertha
Blackwell of DeRidder.
