Ed Jones

  Ed Jones, 76, of Zwolle, died in Fraser Hospital North, on
Thursday, Jan. 3, at 4:29 a.m., following an extended illness.

  Survivors include his widow, Mrs. May Pynes Jones of Zwolle; two
daughters, Mrs. William Palmer of Zwolle, and Mrs. Joseph Traigle
of Baton Rouge; one brother, Roy Jones of Vivian, and Mrs. Irma
Tompkins of Shreveport; and four grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held in the Warren Meadows Funeral chapel
on Friday, Jan. 4, at 11 a.m. The Rev. Lee Dickson, and the Rev.
Fisk Ray officiated at the services. Burial followed in the
Zwolle Cemetery, under the direction of the Warren Meadows
Funeral Home.
