Mrs. Daisy Johnson Jones

  Services for Mrs. Daisy Johnson Jones, 76, of Fisher, were held
at 10 a.m., Monday, May 10, 1993, in Beauregard Vernon Funeral
Home Chapel. Officiating was Rev. Paul Massey. Burial was held in
Burr Ferry Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows
Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Jones was born September 25, 1916, in Grand Bayou, and was
a housewife.

  She is survived by one son, Mr. Lawrence Roy Jones of Hamburg,
Ark.; two daughters, Mrs. Edith Merle Elliot of Many; and Mrs.
Laverne Moses of DeRidder; two sisters, Nellie Gray of Hamburg,
Ark., and Ida Edwards of Grady, Ark.; thirteen grandchildren; and
seven great grandchildren.
