Mr. Benjamin Forest Jones (Photo)

  Mr. Benjamin Forest Jones, 72, of Many, died Thursday, Sept. 20,
2001, at Sabine Medical Center. Funeral services were held at 11
a.m., Sept. 22, at Memorial Service at Johnson Funeral Home in
Lake Charles.

  Mr. Jones worked at Wal-Mart for 10 years, in the garden center.
In lieu of flowers, donate to organizations of your choice.

  Survivors include his widow, Peggy R. Jones of Many; daughter,
Susan Burchwell and husband Jim of Hawkins, Texas; son, Russell
Lynn Jones and wife Teresa of Dallas, Texas; two sisters, Jackie
Billups and Sylvia Phontenot, both of Lake Charles; three
brothers, Curtis Jones, and Robert L. Jones, both of Lake
Charles, and Charles Jones of New Caney, Texas; two
grandchildren; one great grandchild; and a host of nieces,
nephews, and friends.

  Mr. Jones was preceded in death by his two brothers, Claude
Jones, and John Russell Jones.
