Ethel Rambin Jones

  Ethel Rambin Jones, 81, of Coushatta, died Dec. 21, 2002. She
was owner of Ethel's Driftwood Motel on Toledo Bend. She was a
loving mother, and great friend to many. She will be missed
greatly.

  Funeral services were held at 10 a.m., Dec. 23, at
Rockett-Nettles Funeral Home Chapel, with interment following at
Springville Cemetery. Bro. Bill Hines officiated.

  Survivors include two sons, B. O. Jones III of Coushatta, and
Joe Calvin Jones of Toledo Bend; one daughter, Gloria Utley and
husband Robert of Bossier City; one brother, James Rambin Jr. and
wife Sylvia of Evelyn; seven grandchildren; and six great
grandchildren.

  She was preceded in death by her husband, B. O. Jones Jr.;
parents, James and Addie Lou Rambin; and sister, Doris Laffitte.

  Pallbearers were Ben O. Jones IV, Kelly Daniel Jones, Billy R.
Shaw, Joe Calvin Jones Jr., Richard Smith, and Jim Huckabay.
