Dave Aldredge Johnston

  Mr. Dave Aldredge Johnston, 44, of Noble, died at his residence
at Wrights Landing area on Saturday, Feb. 8, 1986, at 4:30 p.m.

  Services were held at Old Pisgah Baptist Church in Belmont, on
Tuesday, Feb. 11, at 2 p.m., with Rev. Robert Bozeman
officiating. Burial was in Old Pisgah Cemetery, under the
direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Melba Walpole Johnston of
Noble; three sons, Jerry Wane Bufkin, and Richard Glenn Bufkin,
both of Stonewall, and Dave Aldredge Johnston, Jr. of Noble;
three daughters, Patricia Gail Bufkin of Bossier City, Jeanne
Davette Davis of Zwolle, and Karen Aline York of Noble; his
father, Mr. Clemon Johnston of Pineville; one brother, James
Johnston of Shreveport; one sister, Glennis Morado of Shreveport;
and 15 grandchildren.
