Hiram M. Jenkins

  Hiram M. Jenkins, 56, of Robeline, died in Shreveport on Monday,
Sept. 9, at 8:05 p.m., following a short illness.

  Survivors include two brothers, Harrison Jenkins of Robeline,
and Lee Jenkins of Orange, Tex.; four sisters, Mrs. Clara
Shoemaker, Mrs. Augusta Webb, and Mrs. Mary Jordon, all of
Robeline, and Mrs. Adeline Daughtery of Bon Weir, Tex.; and a
number of nieces and nephews.

  Funeral services were held at the Robeline Pentecost Church on
Wednesday, Sept. 11, at 10 a.m., with the Rev. Lehman Manasco
officiating. Burial was in the Lambert Town Cemetery, under the
direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
