Jenkins Charles Ray Jenkins, 22, of Robeline, died at his home Friday night, Nov. 26, following an extended illness. Services were at 2 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 28, at the Hickory Grove Congregational Methodist Church, with the Rev. Joe Mitchell Jr., Rev. J. D. McNeal, and Rev. Eddie Edwards officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Cheryl Ann Jenkins of Robeline; one son, Huey Boyd Jenkins of Robeline; his mother, Mrs. Marie Welch Jenkins of Robeline; his father, Harrison Jenkins of Coushatta; his stepmother, Mrs. Odell Jenkins of Robeline; one brother, Joseph A. Jenkins of Alexandria; seven sisters, Mrs. Mary Jo Jennings of Albuquerque, N. M., Mrs. Judith Charlene Hutton of Robeline, Mrs. Hannah Maudine Lacvour of Anchorage, Alaska, Mrs. Monita Olive of Marthaville, La., and Mrs. Lafoune Mujica, Mrs. Wafa Dean Manasco, Mrs. Daronn Schynel Jenkins, all of Robeline, and a number of nieces and nephews.
