Richard Johnson

  Services for Richard Johnson, were at 1 p.m., Monday, Dec. 30,
in St. Mary African Methodist Episcopal Church, Colfax, with the
Rev. Walter Johnson officiating. Burial was in Ferenzie Cemetery,
under direction of Purple Shield-Gonzaque, Alexandria.

  Johnson, 73, of Colfax, died at 2 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 26, in
Alexandria Veterans Administration Medical Center, Pineville.

  Survivors include his wife, Carrie Johnson of Colfax; and two
sisters, Abby Napoleon of Colfax, and Beatrice Johnson of Many.
