Mrs. Argerine Jenkins

  Funeral services for Mrs. Argerine Jenkins, 62, of Robeline,
were held at 2 p.m., Monday, April 14, 1997, at the Rocky Mount
Congregational Methodist Church.

  The Revs. Tullis Coston, and Junior Mitchell officiated. Burial
was in the Rocky Mount Cemetery, under the direction of Warren
Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Jenkins died Saturday, April 12, at LSU Medical Center in
Shreveport.

  She is survived by four sons, Stanley Mitchell of Shreveport,
Grady Mitchell (wife Sherry), Chucky Mitchell, and Jeffrey
Mitchell (wife Valerie), all of Robeline; three daughters,
Freddie Jean Davis (husband Johnny) of Saline, Charlotte Howell
of Robeline, and Kimberly Davis (husband Gene) of Jonesboro; 14
grandchildren; one great grandchild; and a host of nieces and
nephews.
