Matthew Jamison

  Funeral services were held Friday, December 4, at 10:00 a.m.,
for Matthew Jamison, 82, who died Wednesday morning, in a
Shreveport hospital, after a brief illness.

  Services were held in the Pleasant Hill Methodist Church, with
the Rev. George Sherman officiating. Burial was in the Pleasant
Hill Cemetery, under the direction of Drewett Funeral Home of
Mansfield.

  Survivors include his widow; four daughters, Mrs. Dewdrop
Milner, and Miss Pearl Jamison, both of Pleasant Hill, Mrs.
Mattie Lee Anstead of Shreveport, and Mrs. Mildred Lee of
DeCatur, Ga.; one son, Bill Jamison of Pleasant Hill; three
brothers, Charlie Jamison, and Kirk Jamison, both of Pleasant
Hill, and Abb Jamison of Gloster; 12 grandchildren; and 19 great
grandchildren.
