Ed Johnson

  Final rites were held July 10th, at Pilgrim Star Baptist Church,
Florien, La., for Edmond Johnson, who passed away July 8th, in
Sabine Clinic, Zwolle, La. Rev. D. A. Jones officiated.

  Interment was in Pilgrim Star Cemetery, with Barrett Funeral
Home in charge.

  Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Charlotte Johnson, Negreet, La.;
five daughters, Mrs. Obeary Davis, and Mrs. Lurlene Trishell,
both of Leesville, La., Mrs. Blanche Drew, Negreet, La., Mrs.
Martha Edmonson, Many, La., Mrs. Dutch Johnson, Paten Johnson of
Many, La., Mrs. Lou Ella Felix, Portland, Oregon; four brothers,
Mr. Cade Johnson, and Mr. Peter Johnson, Florien, La., Mr. Joe
Johnson, Negreet, La., Mr. Lige Johnson, Mansfield, La.; one
sister, Mrs. Ella Johnson, Houston, Texas.
