Mrs. L. Jennings

  Mrs. Lawrence Jennings, 72, of Marthaville, died Monday, in a
Shreveport hospital, after a long illness.

  Funeral services were held Wednesday at 3 p.m., in the Beulah
Methodist Church, with the Rev. Foster Jennings, and the Rev.
Sammy Mitchell officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery,
under the direction of Drewett Funeral Home.

  Survivors include her husband; three sons, Troy Bruce of
Morenci, Ariz., A. W. Jennings of Marthaville, and Jerry Jennings
of Shreveport; two daughters, Mrs. Gloria Tedder, and Mrs. Omega
Kolo, both of Shreveport; two brothers, Calvin James of Ranger,
Tex., and Sam James of Natchitoches; and one sister, Mrs. Ethel
Wagley of Marthaville.
