Mrs. Birdie A. Jennings

  Mrs. Birdie A. Jennings, 88, of Marthaville, died Wednesday,
Jan. 7.

  Funeral services were at 2 p.m., Friday, Jan. 9, in Jennings
Methodist Church, with the Rev. Douglas Feazell, the Rev. Arthur
Wells, and the Rev. Foster Jennings officiating. Burial was in
the Beulah Cemetery.

  Survivors are five daughters, Mrs. Mae Olla Parker of
Marthaville, Mrs. Mertie Bell Parker of Vidor, Tex., Mrs. Lou
Ella Litton of Marthaville, Mrs. Susie Birdwell of Marthaville,
and Mrs. Trudie Megason of Morenci, Ariz.; one son, Dan Kelly
Jennings of Marthaville; 15 grandchildren, 34 great
grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
