William Murdock Jennings

  Funeral services for Mr. William Murdock Jennings, 64, were held
at 10 a.m., Saturday, February 22, at Jennings Chapel. Interment
followed at Bethany Cemetery, under the direction of Warren
Meadows Funeral Home. Rev. Edwin Fenton officiated over the
services.

  Mr. Jennings died Tuesday, February 18, at Veterans
Administration Medical Center in Houston, Texas.

  He is survived by two daughters, Colleen Gay Jennings, and
Kathleen Jennings, both of Houston, Texas; two sisters, Rachel
Emery of Topeka, Kansas, and Roma Abel of New Salisbury, Ind.;
three brothers, Lyvon Jennings of Fresno, Texas, Doyle Jennings
of Pineville, and Kenneth Burnett of Shreveport; local nieces and
nephews, Stanley E. Walker of Pleasant Hill, and Brenda Goldman
of Sulphur; and a host of other relatives and friends.
