She was 88. Funeral services were conducted at the Jennings Chapel Congregational Methodist Church, at 2 p.m., Sunday, June 4. The Rev. Kenny Martin, church pastor, officiated. He was assisted by retired minister, the Rev. Marvin Free. Interment followed at the Bethany Cemetery, under the direction of the Rose-Neath Funeral Home of Mansfield. Survivors include three sons, Hulon D. Jennings of Albuquerque, N.M., Shirral D. Jennings of Hessen, Germany, and Roger D. Jennings of Eunice; three daughters, Marline Ragsdale of Gilbertown, Ala., Ivadell J. Fenton of Marthaville, and Mozell J. Liddle of Shreveport; two brothers, Clarence Downs of Beaumont, Tex., and Clifton Downs of Sour Lake, Tex.; and eight grandsons, Ronald Ragsdale, Jonathon Ragsdale, Darren Fenton, Davy Fenton, Kevin Liddle, Todd Liddle, Scott Jennings, and Richard Jennings. Her grandsons served as pallbearers.
