Edna Stoker Jordan

  Mrs. Edna Stoker Jordan, age 80, of Ft. Jesup, died on Sunday,
May 26, at 3:05 a.m., in her home, after an extended illness.

  Funeral services were held at the Ft. Jesup First Baptist Church
on Monday, May 27, at 2:30 p.m. Burial was at the Ft. Jesup
Cemetery, with the Rev. Lloyd Sowers officiating.

  Pallbearers were Tim Lyddy, Bob Welch, Herbert Leach, Leon
Faust, Evie Stoker, and Cedrick Speights.

  Survivors include three brothers, Otto Stoker of Bernice, Dewey
Stoker of Robeline, and R. J. Stoker of Baton Rouge, one niece,
Mrs. Rebecca Stoker Kyle of Lake Jackson, Tex., and one nephew,
Julian H. Stoker of Dallas, Tex.
