T. L. Jordan

  Mr. T. L. Jordan, 80, of Robeline, died on Sunday, Nov. 12, at 2
p.m., in the Natchitoches Parish Hospital, following a short
illness.

  Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Ebber Jordan of Robeline;
seven sons, Charlie Jordan of Sulphur, Clifford Jordan of
Manchester, Tenn., Paul Jordan of Natchitoches, and Roy Jordan,
Fred Jordan, and Kenneth Jordan, all of Robeline; three
daughters, Mrs. Bettye DuFrene of Erath, Mrs. Doris Cooper of
Burton, Ala., and Mrs. Lois Hagewood of Tyler, Tex.; one brother,
Jeff Jordan of Winnfield; one sister, Evelyn Grice of Robeline;
34 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces
and nephews.

  Funeral services were held at the Hickory Grove Methodist Church
near Robeline. The Rev. J. D. McNeil, the Rev. Troy Wheeler, and
the Rev. Daniel DuFrene officiated the services, which were held
on Tuesday, Nov. 14, at 2 p.m. Masonic graveside rites were
conducted at the Shamrock Cemetery.

  Arrangements were under the direction of the Warren Meadows
Funeral Home.
