Officiating at the services were the Rev. Clyde Self, pastor of Sunset Acres United Pentecostal Church, assisted by the Rev. Andy Andrews, and the Rev. B. E. Echols. Burial followed in the Restland Cemetery, in Waskom, Texas. Mr. Jordan, a native of Robeline, died Friday, April 19, at his daughter's Waskom residence, following a long illness. He had been a resident of Shreveport for 13 years, and was a retired fireman for Olinkraft Co. in Winnfield. Mr. Jordan is survived by his widow, Evie K. Jordan of Shreveport; one daughter, Amy Brown of Waskom; one brother, Wesley Jordan of Shreveport; four sisters, Pearl Brewster of Winnfield, Elvina Moore of Robeline, Lena Ezernack of Shreveport, and Bertha Waters of Provencal; five grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren. Pallbearers were Jim Smith, Floyd Jordan, Glenn Waters, Carter Moore, Wesley Jordan, and Vernon Ezernack.
