The Sabine Index - Mrs. May Jordan

  28 Apr 1961 - Last rites for Mrs. May Jordan of Baton Rouge who
died at The Lady of the Lake hospital April 13 was conducted at
the Roben Horst Chapel.

  Mrs. Jordan was the wife of the late Allen Jordan, former
resident of Sabine parish.

  Pallbearers were her grandsons, Ben and Glen Cutrer, Bob-Dake,
Ted and Edward Font and Donnie Netterville.

  Survivors are 5 daughters, Mrs. Evie Dake, Mrs. Murl Creel, Mrs.
Margie Netterville all of Baton Rouge, Mrs. Silas Sanchez,
Alexandria, Mrs. T. J. Cutrer of Many, one son Elmer Jordan of
Baton Rouge, 2 sisters, Mrs. Loueviia Canady, Florien, Mrs. Ovada
Phillips of Fla., one brother Allen Phillips of Leesville; 19
grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
